My Journey
My career began in executive administrative support, where I developed a strong foundation in organization, communication, project coordination, and leadership support. Over the years, I discovered that the greatest challenges business owners faced weren't simply administrative—they were operational.
Many organizations had incredible ideas and passionate leaders, but lacked the systems, structure, and operational strategy necessary to grow with confidence.
As I continued serving clients, my role naturally expanded beyond managing calendars and inboxes. I found myself helping organizations improve workflows, organize business operations, create processes, manage projects, strengthen teams, and solve operational challenges.
That's when I realized I wasn't just functioning as an Executive Assistant—I was operating as an executive partner.
That realization inspired the evolution of MY VAAS Incorporated from a virtual assistant company into an Executive Operations Firm, allowing me to serve organizations at a higher strategic level as a Fractional Chief Operating Officer while leading a team that provides executive administrative support.
